These “Terms and Conditions of Use” govern your access to and use of the 7th Places platform, which connects hosts who offer accommodations and guests who are looking for stays, always with a focus on Christian and Religious principles in general. By using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Our Service

7th Places offers an online platform that allows Hosts to advertise their accommodations and Guests to book those accommodations. As a company based on Religious values, we encourage respectful, empathetic and compassionate interactions between users, in accordance with the principles of faith that guide us.

2. Religious Values

By using the platform, you agree to follow principles that promote respect for others, ethical conduct and the creation of a safe and welcoming environment for all. We value honesty, compassion and mutual respect, encouraging Hosts and Guests to act with integrity and to recognize the dignity of each person, regardless of their beliefs or background.

3. Eligibility

To access and use the 7th places platform, you must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any violation of the laws or the principles of respect and ethical conduct mentioned here may result in the termination of the account on the platform.

4. User Responsibilities

Hosts: Must provide accurate and truthful information about the accommodation, ensuring that the property is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The accommodation must respect Christian and Religious principles to ensure an environment that promotes family values. Guests: Must use the accommodations in a respectful manner and in accordance with the house rules established by the Host, as well as respect Christian or Religious principles during their stay. Any inappropriate behavior may result in measures, including suspension of the account on the 7th Places platform.

5. Reservations and Payments

7th Places offers a safe and reliable platform, where Guests can make reservations directly with Hosts. All reservations follow the cancellation policies defined by Hosts, ensuring clarity and transparency at every step. Payments are processed through certified financial partners, ensuring transaction security. However, 7th Places is not responsible for any problems with payment or financial transactions.

6. Modifications and Cancellations

Hosts and Guests may cancel a reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy associated with the listing. Cancellations outside of the specified terms may result in penalties or fees. We encourage all cancellations to be handled with empathy and consideration for others, in accordance with our Christian and Religious principles.

7. Fees and Receipts

The fees for Hosts that will be charged for using the 7th Places platform’s booking services will be 12.9% of the total nightly rate of each reservation + a fixed $0.30 US cents. The fees for Guests that will be charged for using the 7th Places platform’s booking services will be 4.0% of the total nightly rate of each reservation + a fixed $0.30 US cents. The time required by the financial institution for each transfer will be used to transfer the funds to the Host's account, which will be on average 3 to 4 business days. Regarding the cancellation policy, the transfer to the Host will be made according to the cancellation policy adopted by the Host when registering with 7th Places. For example, if the Host chose "No refund", then as soon as the reservation is confirmed through the Guest's payment, the transfer process to the Host will begin. If any other form of "Refund" is chosen by the Host when registering on the 7th Places platform, then the transfer to the host will only be made after the Guest's Check-in is confirmed.

8. Non-Discrimination Policy

At 7th Places, we believe that all people have fundamental value and are worthy of respect. Therefore, we do not tolerate any form of discrimination, whether based on race, gender, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, religious beliefs or lack thereof, or any other protected criteria. Both Hosts and Guests must treat each other with respect and dignity in all interactions.

9. Limitation of Liability

7th Places does not own, manage or operate the accommodations offered on the platform. The responsibility for the condition and safety of the accommodations lies entirely with the Hosts. 7th Places will not be liable for any loss, damage or dispute that occurs during a stay.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

7th Places provides its services "as is", without express or implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or secure.

11. Dispute Resolution Policy

Any dispute between Host and Guest should preferably be resolved amicably, based on the principles of respect and ethics promoted by 7th Places. If the parties do not reach an agreement, 7th Places may provide limited support, without guaranteeing the resolution of the dispute. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the competent judicial system, in accordance with applicable law.

12. Modifications to These Terms

7 Th Places reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the platform and through the emails provided by the users of the Platform, and continuing to use the services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms and the relationship between the parties will be governed by the laws of the country where 7th Places is registered. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that location.

14. Data Protection

The use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

15. Exclusion of Legal Liability

7th Places disclaims any liability for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform. The parties involved are responsible for ensuring that their interaction is in accordance with local legislation and the ethical and moral values ​​that the company upholds.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By using the 7th Places platform, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all the Terms and Conditions of Use. These terms reflect a balance between the traditional structure of private accommodation sharing platforms, incorporating elements of legal protection, and the emphasis on Christian and Religious values, promoting a more ethical experience focused on mutual respect.

17. Featured Listings

7th Places offers the possibility for the Host to feature their listing for a fee stipulated by the platform, which will last for 30 days and will be automatically renewed or can be canceled at any time by the Host via the 7th Places support email.
